Roy is an active grassroots leader serving with Sengkang Central Division, part of the Pasir Ris-Punggol Group Representation Constituency since 2013. Roy is currently a member of the Sengkang Central CCC Welfare Committee, and Roy had also served as the Chairman of the Young PAP (Sengkang Central Division) of the People’s Action Party, from 2013 to 2016, and was awarded with the PAP North East District Achievement Award in 2015.

Parames is a highly motivated, enthusiastic and organised individual with more than 9 years of working experience in Legal, Human Resource and Education filed. Parames experiences include, overseeing Human Resource related matters in various organisations, Lecturing on legal subjects in various institutions like, BMC International College and she also oversaw the legal department at Wawasan Open University, Penang, Malaysia.
